I enjoy erasing the stigma of the “darkness and unknown”, and transmuting that same darkness into light, or as I call it, “turning BS into glitter”!

It all started with a podcast…
In 2016, the Spiritual Homegirl Podcast made its way onto the podcasting airwaves with a raw, “no nonsense” delivery. To date, there hundreds of hours of podcast episodes with over tens of thousands of plays, which is a blessing! As I continued to gain experience and competencies off-air through my certifications in Community Counseling, Peer Support Specialist, Meditation Teaching, and Aromatherapy, I wanted to expand on how Spiritual Homegirl dismantles the stigma of “the unknown”, as it is shown to us as a burden to be feared, instead of a conquerable challenge.
The Spiritual Homegirl Podcast continues to stream on all podcast streaming platforms as it has expanded to include books, aromatherapy products, customized meditation guides, individual and group coaching, and spiritually expressive clothing to empower women as they navigate through the peaks and valleys of their experience to find authentic happiness and serenity.
If only we were guided to remember our power in our not-so-brightest moments. That’s why I am here to remind you of that. We will fight through the trenches and celebrate the triumphs, together.
